About Us
Our History
Advanced Integration Technologies has been incorporated since 1994.  We started out specializing in inventory tracking systems, utilizing bar code data collection technologies.  Over the years we have utilized many different technologies (besides bar code data collection).  We have used radio frequency terminals, industrial voice recognition, RF ID tags and others, all in an attempt to better arm our client with the controls and information needed to better manage their inventory.

In the early years most of systems were placed in warehouse environments.  Many of the users, especially in the mid 1990's, were warehouse personnel that had little or no experience with computers.  Yet we were asking them to use specialized computers in order to successful track the inventory as it moved within the warehouse.  We learned quickly that the best system would fail miserably if the user was not comfortable with the system.  We learned that the best systems are the simplest.  Give the user what they need, give it to them in a language they understand, and then listen to their suggestions.  If you do that, you can build a system that is user friendly, easy to use and successful.

The Results
In the 90's we were doing all kinds of inventory tracking.  We tracked finished goods, goods in process, received goods, ...  The types of products were as varied.  What we learned was that being a jack-of-all-trades can make you a master of none.  We learned that dabbling in a variety of industries does not make for the best of solutions.  So we now focus on a few select and complementary products.

Now
We now specialize in vehicle and general merchandise inventory systems.  Both systems were built to utilize the power and flexibility of the Internet.  Focusing our efforts on a select few products allows us to continually improve these products, offering our clients an evolving product, one that gets better as technology and capabilities permit.

As mentioned, in the past we worked with the end user in an effort to make a system that was user friendly, yet effective. We still do that, but now we have two end users, the organization displaying their products and the shopper looking for that product.

Unlike the past, most of the organizations and shoppers are now familiar with the use of computers.   But that has not changed the reality that the system must be easy to use.  Most organization, although familiar with computers, are not so familiar with maintaining an Internet inventory.  The end user lessons from the early years did not go unheeded.  Our systems make it easy for an organization, with little or no technical expertise, to manage and maintain an Internet inventory and we are willing to prove this to you.

As mentioned there are two users now, the second is the shopper.  The system has to be as easy and simply for them to use as well.  Judge our systems for yourself.  Find out for yourself how quickly you can find what you are looking for and the information you are looking for while using our system.  Our systems are some of the most intuitive and easy to use systems on the market today.  Our systems let the shopper find exactly what they are looking for fast and easy, and isn't that what it is all about.

Our Commitment To You
We believe strongly that customer service should always be the number one priority.  This is not just lip service.  We feel so strongly about this point that we don't require a long term commitments on the part of the client.  We offer a simple 30-day cancellation policy.  We believe a company should earn your business every month, not just at the end of some long term contract.  And we mean to earn your business every month!
